Roboraptor is a dinosaur robot invented by Mark Tilden and distributed by WowWee Toys International. He is the successor to the Robosapien robot and uses motion technology based on realistic biomechanics that give him fluid and natural movements. He has a multi-function Playstation style remote control that uses infrared technology to talk to him. Unlike the original Robosapien, the Roboraptor is capable of autonomous movement.

Dinosaurs may be extinct, but Roboraptor brings them into the age of technology. At 32 inches long, Roboraptor is a realistic robotic beast who is easily controlled and mastered with a remote control. Roboraptor's fluid biomechanical motion allows for three bipedal movement gaits predatory, walking and running. Multi-sensor environmental awareness allows Roboraptor to hear, see and feel people and the environment around him, he has multiple touch sensors in the head and tail, while sonic sensors detect sound and direction. Look out Roboraptor has a strong jaw with powerful snapping action and the ability to pick up objects. With three distinct moods: hunter, cautious and playful Roboraptor will keep you on your toes.Go near his face when he's hunting and he'll behave aggressively; touch his face when he's playful and he'll nuzzle your hand.

| Sensors
Roboraptor comes with several sensors that allow him to monitor and interact with his environment. He has infrared and stereo sound sensors on his head, and touch sensors on his chin, tail, and mouth.

| Autonomous Behaviors
He has three different modes of behavior or moods; hunting, cautious, and playful. In hunting mode he will react to sharp sounds and progressively focus his attention more intensely on repeated sounds coming from the same direction. In cautious mode he will react oppositely and move away from sounds he hears. In playful mode he will react to sounds in a more whimsical fashion; reacting to them but neither approaching or avoiding them. He also has a free-roam mode where he will explore his environment, avoiding obstacles and stopping occasionally to listen for loud sounds to investigate.

| Flexible Behaviors
When you touch one of Roboraptor's touch sensors, his reaction will vary depending on his mood. Touch his face when he is hunting, and he will react angrily, but if he's feeling playful he will nuzzle your hand.

| Laser Targeting
